As a GIS leader, you may have been brought in specifically to solve a problem or fix a situation, or you may just be in the middle of the normal GIS life cycle. Topics covered to bring it all together include:

- Learn to not only identify the problem, but to analyze it and solve it in both implementation and operational phases
